A message from the ALUMNI BOARD PRESIDENT On behalf of your Alumni Association and the Alumni Association Board of Directors, we are honored to uphold the proud heritage of D’Youville Alumni while supporting the University’s mission to serve the community’s needs and modern students. This past year marked our first year as a University and our 115th anniversary. Throughout its evolution, the Alumni Association affirms that the history and values of our alumni stay at the core of its progress. Saints will have a different experience than Spartans but the personal dedication to student success and service will remain at D’Youville’s foundation. In the spirit of never refusing to serve, the Alumni Association calls on our graduates and friends to take this opportunity to experience D’Youville’s revitalization firsthand. In reconnecting with campus, you are advancing the success of our alma mater’s future. Your connection, voice and experiences are invaluable in guiding the university. In the coming year, we hope you will learn about the exciting progress underway at one of our events, through our alumni website or on social media. The Alumni Association is working to create new opportunities to engage with the University including: ● Visibility of alumni success through Alumni Spotlights ● Promotion of alumni-owned businesses ● Increased family-focused events throughout WNY You will soon see new opportunities for professional development crossover events with current students, including in-person and remote mentoring. We seek your participation in engaging our students as they become alumni and professional peers. We look forward to the exciting future of D’Youville and look forward to seeing you or hearing from you soon. Never Stop Learning; Never Refuse to Serve! Andrew W. Your gift advances the University’s highest priorities and most vital initiatives. It goes to work immediately, helping each and every student— assisting with scholarship support, financial aid, providing research funds that enhance the curriculum—and making needed improvements to campus. Your gift demonstrates your regard for the University and your desire to help the D’Youville student body. Your gift to the 2023-2024 Fund for D’Youville is a gift that will ensure the experience you had at the University continues for current and future D’Youville students.
